Overview
Svenja is specialised in German real estate law and transactions, working for national and international investors.
Svenja joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2025. Prior she already joined Linklaters in 2023 as a trainee lawyer, working in the Frankfurt, Berlin and Stockholm offices.
Earlier in her career, she also gained practical experience in the real estate law departments of several international commercial law firms.
She is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association.

- Tishman Speyer: advising on various leases in the building TaunusTurm in Frankfurt.

- BASF: advising on the leasing of logistics space and other asset management topics.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Svenja studied law at the University of Heidelberg. She completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court in Wiesbaden and in Helsinki.
Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in business real estate and the degree real estate economist (EBS).
She speaks German and English.
