- Notification of a merger to the French Competition Authority in the medical examinations sector in local markets (2024).
- Assisting clients in the context of dawn raids by the European Commission and the French Competition Authority in the luxury and medical sectors, as well as related audits and litigation (2023 and 2024).
- Drafting of a response to a statement of objections from the French Competition Authority in the food packaging sector (2022).
- Supporting clients consulted in the context of the French Competition Authority's sectoral analyses in the recycling and green mobility sectors (2022).
- Drafting of a State aid appeal before the French Supreme administrative court in the green mobility sector (2023-2024).
