Yuxin Weirich is a Managing Associate in our global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice. She specialises in European and German antitrust law and investment control under German foreign trade law.
She represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action as well as before European and German courts. She also has particular expertise in advising on compliance issues and training, reviewing contracts and distribution systems as well as vertical issues.
She has sector-specific expertise in the automotive industry, digital economy and e-commerce, industrials and healthcare.
