Yuxin Weirich is a Managing Associate in our global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice. She specialises in European and German antitrust law and investment control under German foreign trade law.
She represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action as well as before European and German courts. She also has particular expertise in advising on compliance issues and training, reviewing contracts and distribution systems as well as vertical issues.
She has sector-specific expertise in the automotive industry, digital economy and e-commerce, industrials and healthcare.
Yuxin works as an Associate at Linklaters since 2019. She was appointed Managing Associate in 2023 and completed a secondment in our London office, UK, from September 2023 to March 2024.
She is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, the Forum Investitionsprüfung e.V. as well as the German-Chinese lawyers association.
