Hold Your Horses? Looking ahead to APAC Antitrust and Foreign Investment Law in the Year of the Horse
The Chinese zodiac's Year of the Horse is synonymous with energy and momentum. It is, perhaps, an apt metaphor for the current state of competition law and foreign investment regulation across the region.
