Overview
Alexander heads the firm’s Dutch capital markets practice. His primary focus is on advising investment banks and issuers on equity and equity-linked issues, as well as high yield debt issues. Earlier in his career, Alexander spent two years in the firm’s New York office, giving him direct experience of working with U.S. clients and a broader perspective of equity capital markets generally.

- The underwriters on the €2.3bn IPO of CVC Capital Partners and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
- The underwriters on the €140m IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
- The lead managers on Pharming N.V.’s €100m convertible bond offering and tender offer.
- The lead managers and placing agents on Davide Campari-Milano N.V.’s €550m convertible bond and €650m accelerated bookbuild placing.
- The financial advisers on the €4.2bn spin-off and listing of Pluxee N.V. by Sodexo S.A. and its listing on Euronext Paris.
- The underwriters on the €593.6m accelerated bookbuild placing of ASR Nederland N.V. to finance its acquisition of Aegon’s Dutch businesses.
- The underwriters on the IPOs and listing on Euronext Amsterdam of Ebusco Holding N.V.(€323m), Allfunds Group plc (€2.16bn) and JDE Peet’s N.V. (€2.6bn).
- VAM Investments SPAC B.V. and Energy Transition Partners B.V. on their SPAC IPOs and listings on Euronext Amsterdam.
