Overview
Alexandria is an associate in Linklaters’ Global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice. Her practice focuses on antitrust/competition, foreign investment and regulatory issues related to cross-border transactions. She specializes in antitrust, competition and foreign investment issues, including U.S. merger control and analysis. Alexandria also has experience handling complex commercial litigation and counsels clients on enforcement and compliance matters related to cartel and other antitrust conduct.
Alexandria is an active member of several of Linklaters’ internal groups, and serves as the Chair for the Black Affinity Network of the Americas.

- Sanofi: advising on its US$1.15bn acquisition of biotechnology company Vicebio.
- Novartis: advising on its US$1.1bn acquisition of Kate Therapeutics.
- Novo Holdings (Denmark): advising on its US$16.5bn acquisition of Catalent.
- Codelco (Chile): advising on its partnership with SQM to manage one of the world’s biggest lithium reserves through 2060.
- Spirent (UK): advising on its US$1.5bn takeover by Keysight Technologies.
