Anna holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the American University Law Review. She obtained her B.A. in International Studies from American University.

Anna is a senior associate in Linklaters’ Global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice. She advises clients on antitrust/competition and regulatory issues related to cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on U.S. merger control and analysis and compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
Anna also advises clients in connection with national security reviews of foreign investments in U.S. businesses and represents domestic and international clients before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and other U.S. government authorities responsible for cross-border investment controls.
Anna is an active member in various internal groups, including Linklaters’ Pride Network and U.S. Sports Sector.
