Felix is specialised in German real estate law and transactions, working for national and international investors and experienced with long-term commercial lease agreements.

Experience

Blackstone: advising on the acquisition and sale of numerous logistics assets and portfolios.
BlackRock Investment Management: advising on the acquisition of a 50.1 % stake in Mainova WebHouse GmbH, a digital infrastructure company focused on designing, building, and operating data centres.
OTPP/Boreal IM logistics JV: advising on the acquisition of numerous logistics assets in Germany.
CBRE Investment Management: advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,350 residential units in Germany from Vonovia for €560m, on the acquisition of a Berlin residential portfolio with almost 1,200 apartments from Vonovia for €360m and the mixed-use property "Residenz am deutschen Theater" in Berlin.
DigitalBridge: advising on its acquisition of Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centres.
DigitalBridge and Vantage Date Centers: advising on a €1.4bn investment by GIC and MEAG in Vantage Data Centers' EMEA data centre platform.
DigitalBridge and Vantage Date Centers: advising on AustralianSuper’s €1.5bn investment in Vantage's EMEA platform for a significant minority stake.
DigitalBridge and Vantage Data Centers: advising on a US$9.2bn equity investment in Vantage.

Beyond the Office

Felix joined Linklaters in 2023 as an Associate, based in Munich.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Felix studied law at the University of Marburg (Germany). He was a legal trainee at Linklaters from 2022 to 2023 in Frankfurt. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.

He speaks German, English and Portuguese.
