Noor Spapen

Overview

Noor joined the Linklaters Brussels’ Real Estate team in September 2025. She advises national and international clients on real estate matters and has a particular interest in public, environmental and energy law. Noor completed her law studies at KU Leuven in 2024 and further specialised in environmental law by completing the LL.M. at the London School of Economics, supported by the Rotary International Global Grant scholarship.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Noor holds a Masters of Law in Environmental and Technology Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Noor obtained her first Masters and Bachelors degrees specialising in Public Law and International and European Law from KU Leuven.
