Odysseas is an Associate in our global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice, based in Düsseldorf. He advises on complex, multi-jurisdictional competition law and foreign investment matters, including merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, and proceedings under the Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Odysseas represents clients before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy , and the German and European courts.
Odysseas is a member of Linklaters’ global Innovation & Efficiency Initiative, where he helps drive the integration of artificial intelligence across the Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice.
Odysseas joined Linklaters in 2023.
Prior, he worked as a research associate in the antitrust practice of an international law firm and as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law.
Odysseas studied Law at the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg.
He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stages, inter alia, at Linklaters’ antitrust & foreign investment practice, the antitrust practice of an international law firm, and the German Embassy in Washington DC.
He speaks German, English and Greek.
