Sînziana specialises in global, EU and German antitrust and foreign investment law, in particular in global merger control, foreign investment and foreign subsidies proceedings, antitrust compliance and litigation before the courts of the EU.
She is co-lead of the Sports Sector and editor of the firm’s sports law blog.

Sînziana has been working at Linklaters since 2015, starting her career in the Brussels office. She is with the Düsseldorf office since 2020. She became Counsel in 2025.
She is member of the Düsseldorf bar, of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. and of the Forum Investittionsprüfung e.V.Sînziana completed her legal studies at the University of Heidelberg and holds a Master of Arts from King’s College London. During her legal traineeship, she interned at the Court of Justice of the EU and at the European Commission.
