Thibaud holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg.
He is registered with the Paris bar and the Luxembourg Bar.
Thibaud speaks English and French.
Thibaud joined Linklaters Luxembourg in January 2022 and has been promoted to Senior Managing Associate in May 2023.
Thibaud advises lenders, sponsors, corporates and funds on all sides of loan arrangements, securitisation transactions and debt issuances, with a particular focus on fund finance, real estate finance, refinancing, restructurings, acquisition finance and asset finance.
He worked for another international law firm (where he also did a secondment at the New York office) in Luxembourg before joining Linklaters.
