Overview

Zita is an associate in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group. Her practice focuses on U.S. regulatory and compliance matters relating to cross-border transactions. She specializes in antitrust, competition and foreign investment issues, including U.S. merger control and analysis. Zita also has experience handling complex commercial litigation and counsels clients on enforcement and compliance matters related to cartel and other antitrust conduct.

Experience

  • Novo Holdings (Denmark): advising on its US$16.5bn acquisition of Catalent.
  • Volkswagen AG (Germany): advising on its US$5bn investment and 50-50 joint venture with Rivian.
  • A coalition of financial institutions: advising on a Congressional inquiry into net zero initiatives.
  • Spirent (UK): advising on its US$1.5bn takeover by Keysight Technologies.

Beyond the Office

Prior to law school, Zita managed business immigration issues pertaining to complex corporate mergers, primarily within the pharmaceutical, financial services and industrial gases sectors.
