Through a series of webinars, we’ll walk you through the key elements of the B2B legislation against unfair contractual terms.  

During the second session, on November 26, we will focus on the impact of the B2B legislation on the M&A practice and the TMT / IP sectors and on how to deal with typical DR clauses.  We'll also go over practical tips to assess and manage the far-reaching scope of B2B legislation will be outlined in the sectorial reviews, and we'll touch upon the legislative counter-attack which is being prepared but of which the precise timing is far from clear.
