Our service offering
We have a fully integrated global funds and regulatory practice. Leveraging our relationships across the asset management and funds sector, our team has developed closely with the sector and we can offer commercial and pragmatic solutions to the most complex problems in the ever-changing regulatory environment.
We have a very strong funds team in Luxembourg, which is the largest retail investment funds centre in Europe (and the 2nd largest fund centre in the world after the US), alongside our fund and regulatory teams in all other important hubs (eg London, Frankfurt, New York, Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong). Luxembourg-based funds are the most sold retail products in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East.
We are known for our unique expertise in finding cutting edge solutions for structuring private market funds that target retail and semi-professional investors. We offer our clients innovative solutions through our platform for document automation. We also use the potential of different teams to deliver combined added value in day-to-day project and matter work and at the same time increase the efficiency of existing processes. These include Legal Project Management (LPM), Legal Technology, Innovation and Efficiency, Alternative Resourcing and Knowledge and Information.
