FCA kicks off consultation programme for UK prudential regime for investment firms
On 14 December 2020, the FCA published its first consultation paper (CP 20/24) on the new rules for a UK prudential regime for investment firms (the UK IFPR). This kicks off a programme that will involve a total of three consultation papers and three policy statements before the new regime applies from 1 January 2022.
