Amendments to the Licensing, Registration and Conduct of Business for FMCs Guidelines
On 29 November 2023, the MAS amended the Guidelines on Licensing, Registration and Conduct of Business for Fund Management Companies [SFA 04-G05] which set out the minimum licensing criteria, eligibility criteria, application procedures and ongoing business conduct requirements for licensed fund management companies including venture capital fund managers, and registered fund management companies.
