Linklaters advises ORIT on the acquisition and financing of the Cerisou wind farm

Linklaters has advised Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (ORIT) on the acquisition of the Cerisou wind farm from RES, as well as on its €43.2 million development and construction limited-recourse financing by Société Générale and the European Investment Bank (EIB).

Located in the Vienne department of France, the wind farm will have a total capacity of 24 MW. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2021, and the site is expected to be fully operational in the second half of 2022.
