Linklaters named Financial Times 2022 Leader in Diversity

Linklaters has been recognised as a Leader in Diversity by the Financial Times for the third year running, for demonstrating leadership in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

The independent rankings look to highlight those employers who go beyond making statements of commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and have taken action to promote change and create an inclusive environment – as evidenced by employee perceptions.

More than 100,000 employees from 15,000 companies across 16 European countries were surveyed. Employees were asked about their employer’s overall commitment to diversity and inclusivity and explored fields of diversity including, age, gender, race and ethnicity, disability, social mobility, and LGBTQ+.
