Overview

Kishore is a counsel in the Financial Regulatory Group based in Hong Kong. He represents banks, broker-dealers, asset managers (including hedge funds and private equity/credit funds), insurers, fin-techs and other financial services participants on regulatory issues than span licensing, conduct of business, systems and controls and risk management.

Kishore spent time working in London prior to his relocation to Hong Kong. 

Professional experience

Kishore’s experience means he is called upon to contribute to various industry fora including the Alternative Investment Managers Association and Informa’s Client Assets Forum.

Education and qualifications

Kishore holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, Australia.
