Tricia combines over 30 years of international business development and marketing experience with a strong focus on embedding client-centricity across organisations, building brands that engage with clients across the world, and building high performing teams that achieve outstanding client and stakeholder outcomes.
Tricia brings extensive international experience, having led global marketing and communications for major companies in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US across a range of sectors including banking, fintech, industrial, defence and professional services. Her experience includes acting as global chief marketing officer for wholesale banking at HSBC, as chief marketing and comms officer at KONE, and as chief marketing and comms officer for a private capital markets fintech scale-up.
Tricia aims to build world-class teams that stay focused on client outcomes and the client experience. She champions professional development – implementing leadership programmes, new ways of working, and skills-building initiatives to upskill talent at all levels.

Throughout her career Tricia has taken a keen interest in diversity, equity and inclusion, launching SPARK, the first ever female employee resource group at KONE, and taking an active role in the Balance women’s network, LGBTQI and ‘Black Lives Matter’ initiatives at HSBC.
