Linklaters Advises on City of Buenos Aires' US$500m Note Issuance

A cross-border Linklaters team advised the initial purchasers of the city of Buenos Aires' US$500m issuance of 7.050% notes due 2036 under its medium-term note program listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offering was conducted in the United States under rule 144A and as an offshore offering in reliance on regulation S.
Spanning New York, London, São Paulo, and Luxembourg, the Linklaters team was led by Corporate Finance Partners Matthew Poulter and Emilio Minvielle, and Capital Markets Partner Arjun Muddu.
