Linklaters leads on IPO of CVC Capital Partners

Linklaters advised a syndicate of 13 banks on the up to €2.3bn IPO of CVC Capital Partners plc, a global leader in private markets with approximately €186 billion of assets under management. Following the IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam, the market capitalisation of the company was €14bn.

The deal team was led by partners Pam Shores, Alex Harmse and James Wootton and counsel Asad Ahmed.
