Linklaters advises on EnergyVision’s IPO, the first in Belgium in four years

Linklaters has advised the syndicate of banks, KBC Securities (sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner), Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, and Bank Degroof Petercam (joint bookrunners), on the IPO and Euronext Brussels listing of EnergyVision, a Belgian provider of (solar) energy and mobility as a service solutions and EPC contractor.

This transaction marks the first IPO on Euronext Brussels in the past four years, signalling renewed activity in the Belgian equity capital markets.

EnergyVision’s offering comprised the issuance and sale of 4,450,000 new shares, with an offer price set at €9.50 per share, valuing the company at approximately €575 million. The IPO also included an over-allotment option of 110,000 shares. Gross proceeds (assuming full exercise of the over-allotment option) amount to approximately €43.3 million.

Trading of the shares has commenced on Euronext Brussels under the symbol “ENRGY”.
