Linklaters advises on €1.52bn landmark financing for Gruppo San Donato
Linklaters has advised the financing sources on the landmark €1.5bn financing package of Gruppo San Donato, a leading private hospital operator in Italy and Poland, providing top-tier medical services across the full spectrum of clinical care.
The proceeds of the offering will be used mainly to repay outstanding group indebtedness and certain recapitalization transactions. The transaction forms part of a comprehensive financing package comprising its debut offering of €800m high yield bonds, a €320m term loan facility, an up to €250m delayed drawn facility and an up to €150m revolving credit facility.
The Linklaters high yield team was led by partner Giacomo Reali and included US associates Juan Diego Tibaduiza and Filippo Turci.
