Linklaters advises the underwriters of Cirsa’s €1bn high yield refinancing
Linklaters has advised the underwriters of Cirsa’s high yield refinancing, with an aggregate principal amount of €1bn and comprising both fixed and floating rate notes.
Earlier this year, Linklaters also acted on Cirsa’s €2.5bn IPO and €600m high yield PIK refinancing.
Cirsa is a multinational leader in gaming and entertainment with a presence in 11 countries, offering a wide range of gaming alternatives such as casinos, bingo, gaming halls, slot machines, and online betting. Cirsa is publicly listed on the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia Stock Exchanges, and is majority-owned by Blackstone, one of the world’s leading investment firms.
