Linklaters advises banking consortium on the IPO of Asta Energy Solutions AG

Linklaters has advised the banking consortium comprising Berenberg Bank, Commerzbank, Oddo BHF, RBI and Baader Bank on the initial public offering of Asta Energy Solutions AG on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

As part of the IPO, approximately 6.45 million shares were placed at a price of €29.50 per share. Asta Energy Solutions manufactures tailor made copper solutions for high performance applications in power transmission, power generation and e mobility. Headquartered in Oed, Austria, the globally active company operates six sites in Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, China and India, employing around 1,400 staff.
