Linklaters advises Gordon Brothers on refinancing and strategic reorganisation of GALERIA
Linklaters has advised Gordon Brothers on the provision of an asset-based financing facility enabling a comprehensive refinancing programme and the strategic reorganisation of the department store chain GALERIA S.à r.l. & Co. KG.
Gordon Brothers is providing a secured asset-based financing facility of up to €160m. This will be used, amongst other things, to repay existing third-party financing and to fund modernisation and efficiency initiatives in day-to-day operations.
