Linklaters has advised Solvd Group on the acquisition of the PDR‑Team Group and the Careoss Group. Solvd is one of the world’s leading providers of digital solutions for automotive claims and repair management.
Through this transaction, Solvd is expanding its existing end‑to‑end ecosystem by adding specialised capabilities in the physical repair of vehicles following hail damage. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including merger control approval. Closing is expected in the second half of 2026. PDR‑Team and Careoss Group, both headquartered in Mutlangen (Germany), were founded as family‑owned businesses and have developed into a leading European specialist in automotive claims management.
PDR‑Team focuses on hail‑damage management, while Careoss specialises in the repair of accident damage. The companies operate in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Poland and the United States.
