Linklaters advises EQT Group on BPEA Private Equity Fund IX, the largest-ever Asia Pacific-dedicated private equity fund raised to date

Linklaters has advised EQT on all Luxembourg legal and regulatory aspects of the structuring, launch and fundraising of BPEA Private Equity Fund IX. With USD 15.6 billion in commitments at final close, the Fund was oversubscribed, demonstrating EQT’s strong expansion into Asia following their combination with Baring Private Equity Asia.
