We’re delighted with how we have been able to deliver exceptional service to our clients and, simultaneously, create a professional offering that adds real value to our Re:link consultants. We’re so grateful for the support we’ve had along the way from our brilliant clients, talented lawyers, and supportive Linklaters colleagues.
Reflecting on Re:link’s evolution, our Head of Re:link, Martin Laing, had this to say:
I’m incredibly proud of the impact and growth that Re:link has achieved in 5 years. We’re delivering on our promise to deliver smart resourcing solutions to Linklaters clients. What makes Re:link stand out is how closely we work with Linklaters partners to equip our clients with the exceptional talent that they need. We’ve built a platform of wonderfully talented consultants who love the flexibility and opportunities that Re:link provides.
Through Re:link, we provide clients with another tool to drive real efficiency in their legal operations. Vinay Samani, our Linklaters Partner Champion, commented:
We've got delighted clients- really, really happy clients because of the quality of the lawyers that we have on our bench.
It’s not just our clients who praise Re:link. We’re also proud that over the past 5 years we’ve delivered exceptional professional opportunities for our Re:link consultants, providing them with access to high-calibre assignments whilst allowing them to maintain more control and flexibility over their careers. Re:link consultant Liz Mckeown, says;
I love the flexibility that working as a Re:link consultant offers – in between contracts I have had time to focus on passion projects outside of work.
This sentiment is echoed by Gabrielle Holgate, another Re:link consultant, who told us;
I’m absolutely loving the freedom and flexibility. I still get fantastic quality work, which stretches me and makes me feel proud of what I do, but I’m also able to pick up the kids from school every day and give them attention.
Offering agility and flexibility to both our clients and consultants has always been a foundational building block of the Re:link model. As Martin Laing, puts it;
We are just simply not going to go back to the old way of doing things…we are so confident in our model.
