  • Engie and Mitsui on the disposal of their interests in four of the UK’s largest power stations
  • on the ECA financing of the Fennovoima nuclear plant in Finland
  • on a series of financings for oil refineries and oil and gas storage facilities in the UK, US, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Norway, Spain and Sweden
  • on the ECA/DFI financing of two of the wold’s largest CSP solar projects (Khi and Kaxu) in South Africa
  • ContourGlobal on its Kosovan IPP (and associated mining operations)
  • on the multi-source financing of the Teesside biomass plant in the UK
  • Engie on its exit from the NuGen nuclear project
  • a number of leading marketing participants on crude oil, gas and metals prepay financings in the UK, US, France, Germany, Hungary and South Africa
