- Aurelius: advising on the €356m sale of the Distrelec Group to the RS Group.
- DWS Group: advising on the establishment of a joint venture between DWS, Flow Traders and Galaxy, the purpose of which is to issue Euro-denominated stablecoins.
- Hatchcos Holdings: advising on the €40m acquisition the business of Küttner GmbH & Co. KG, a German service provider in the engineering, procurement and construction sectors.
- GARBE Industrial Real Estate: advising on the structuring and establishment of the international real estate fund “GARBE Logistics Real Estate Fund Plus III” (GLIF+III)”. We also advised the fund on the acquisition of the start-up portfolio
- Montagu Private Equity: advising on the sale of a minority interest in Universal Investment Group to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
- Südwest Konsortium: advising on the acquisition of 24.95% of shares in TransnetBW from EnBW. We were responsible for the tax law and financing advice.
- VTG Aktiengesellschaft: advising on the restructuring of the VTG Group in connection with a refinancing of € 2.9 billion as well as other restructuring measures.
- International groups: advising on application processes for bilateral and trilateral advance pricing agreements (APA) and mutual agreement procedures (MAP).
Experience
Anne has worked as a tax clerk since 1999. She joined Linklaters in 2013 and was appointed Counsel in 2022.Beyond the Office
Anne studied law at the Universities of Passau and Cologne. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. She has been admitted as a tax consultant in 2011.
She speaks German and English.
