Overview
Ben has worked in both Melbourne and London on cross-border M&A deals across a number of sectors including healthcare, tech and infrastructure. He regularly advises private equity houses and other financial sponsor clients on all types of leveraged M&A, co-investments, joint ventures, disposals, restructurings and portfolio company issues. Ben has been recognised as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500 for high-value private equity transactions and is listed on Law.com's Private Equity Rising Stars 2025.
Ben has also undertaken a secondment to Centerbridge Partners as interim European General Counsel. Prior to joining Linklaters, Ben was an associate at a top tier Anglo-Australian law firm.
