Chino holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. In law school, she served as a Student Attorney in the Small Business & Community Economic Development Clinic, and subsequently served as the Teaching and Research Assistant for the clinic. Chino was also a member of Black Law Students Association.
Chino obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Foreign Affairs and Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2020. She was a member of the women’s volleyball team.
