"I am an investment funds lawyer with experience advising fund managers and investors on investment management matters across a range of asset classes with a particular focus on private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure funds. My work for sponsor clients spans the full spectrum of formation, marketing and ongoing management of funds domiciled in several different jurisdictions. I also assist investor clients in connection with direct investments into funds, as well as co-investments, managed account and strategic partnership / revenue sharing arrangements. Finally, I have experience advising investment banks in connection with fund financing matters and regularly collaborate with Linklaters’ Corporate and Structured Lending team on these transactions. "
