Overview
Eva joined Linklaters’ Corporate and Finance Team in 2025. She advises clients on all areas of corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and equity capital markets. Much of her work is cross-border, supporting both private and listed companies.
Beyond the Office
Eva holds a Master of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), which included a semester exchange at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She also holds a Master of Economics, Law and Business Administration from KUL, complemented by a semester exchange at the University of Bern (UBern).
