Fabian is specialized in advising national and international companies and financial investors in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings as well as general corporate law and has specialist experience in public takeovers. 

Work highlights

• Packaging: advising on the squeeze-out of minority shareholders of Verallia Deutschland and subsequent proceedings concerning the adequacy of the cash offer.
• Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG: advising on the public takeover offer by Mediterranean Shipping Company.
• Tion Renewables: advising on the squeeze-out of minority shareholders after the takeover by EQT Active Core Infrastructure including the shareholders’ meeting.
• Carrier Global Corporation: advising on the post-acquisition integration and restructuring of Viessmann Climate Solutions.

Beyond the Office

Fabian has been working at Linklaters since 2022, initially as a law clerk in Munich and London and since June 2023 as associate.

From January to March 2025, he worked in Switzerland.
