Fabian is specialized in advising national and international companies and financial investors in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings as well as general corporate law and has specialist experience in public takeovers.
Fabian studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg.
During his legal clerkship, he worked for Linklaters at the Munich and London offices.
He speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
