Overview
Hanne is a junior associate in the Belgian Tax Practice. She advises clients on various aspects of Belgian and international tax law with a focus on corporate and personal income tax matters. She also has a particular interest in real estate transactions and tax audits/litigations.
Hanne joined the tax practice at Linklaters in 2024.
Education and Qualifications
Hanne holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), as well as an advanced master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). She is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Tax Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
Her master’s thesis on corporate income tax has been awarded the 2024 AFT-Meesterwerk award for the best master’s thesis in tax law.
Hanne works in Dutch, English and French.
