Jan Paul has specialised experience in the structuring, launch and distribution of investment funds as well as other investment products in Germany and abroad in the field of alternative investments, in particular real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt and renewable energies.He also advises institutional investors on their investments in investment funds.

Jan Paul has been working at Linklaters since 2024.
Prior to that, he worked in different law firms as a trainee in investment funds law with a focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.Beyond the Office
Jan Paul studied Law at the University of Potsdam and at the Université Paris Nanterre. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Court of Brandenburg.
He speaks German, English, French and Russian.
