She specializes mainly in corporate transactional work and cross-border restructurings.

Work highlights
Janne's recent most notable experience includes advising:
  • Tresco Group, European leader inland navigation software (backed up by Strada Partners) with the acquisition of Periskal BV, a Belgian key player in the same industry
  • 3P, a leading Belgian provider of public procurement software, on the sale of all of their shares to Eurazeo, a French private equity firm holding a portfolio of EUR 35 billion

 

Experience

During her studies, she focused particularly on Financial, Business and Corporate Law. She previously gained large experience in working in Corporate and specifically Corporate M&A during several internships in one of the most renown international and Belgian law and Consulting firms.

Beyond the Office

Janne holds a Double Degree Masters in Law at both the Catholic University of Leuven and the University of Zürich. During her studies, she focused on international business law, financial regulation and corporate law. Janne wrote her thesis on the impact of ESG and executive remuneration.
