Overview
Johanna has specialised experience in the structuring, launch and distribution of investment funds as well as other investment products in Germany and abroad in the field of alternative investments, in particular real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt and renewable energies.
She also advises institutional investors on their investments in investment funds.
Beyond the Office
Johanna joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2022. She started in 2019 as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A department of an international law firm and moved there, in early 2022, to the Global Investment Funds team. Prior to that, she worked for three years as a research associate in the Corporate/Private Equity and Restructuring practice groups of international law firms.
Education and Qualifications
Johanna studied law and business administration (B.Sc.) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Court of Munich. Johanna was admitted as a lawyer to the bar in 2019.
She speaks German, English and Spanish.
