Overview
Johanna has specialised experience in the structuring, launch and distribution of investment funds as well as other investment products in Germany and abroad in the field of alternative investments, in particular real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt and renewable energies.
She also advises institutional investors on their investments in investment funds.
Education and Qualifications
Johanna studied law and business administration (B.Sc.) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Court of Munich. Johanna was admitted as a lawyer to the bar in 2019.
She speaks German, English and Spanish.
