Julia is specialised in German real estate law and transactions, working for national and international investors.

Experience

BNP Paribas: advising on the acquisition of an industrial property.
CBRE Investment Management: advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,350 residential units in Germany from Vonovia for €560m, on the acquisition of a residential portfolio with almost 1,200 apartments in Berlin from Vonovia for €360m, the acquisition of the mixed-use property "Residenz am deutschen Theater“ in Berlin and the office building "Telekom Hauptstadtrepräsentanz" in Berlin.
Swiss Pillar Investments Europe: advising on the acquisition of the Mittenmang residential complex in Berlin with 142 apartments.
Vodafone: advising on real estate aspects of Vodafone's strategic partnership with GIP and KKR for Vantage Towers.
Carrier Global Corporation: advising on real estate aspects in connection with the €12bn acquisition of the Climate Solutions Business of Viessmann Group.
An investment banking, securities and investment management company: advising on their lease agreement in Frankfurt and their new office location in Munich.

Beyond the Office

Julia joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2021 and was seconded to the Linklaters offices in Italy as part of the “One Europe Seat” program in 2024.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Julia studied law at the Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt University and KU Leuven. She completed a Master's degree (M. Sc.) in International Business Economics and Management.

She speaks German, English and Russian.
