Overview
Max advises on a wide range of financial instruments and capital markets transactions, including derivates, repackaging transactions and other structured products. He also advises on the financial technology sector with a focus on decentralized finance and other distributed ledger technology-based applications.Beyond the Office
Max has been working at Linklaters as an associate since 2022.
Prior and during his traineeship, Max worked at Linklaters in the regulatory, capital markets and insolvency teams and at an international law firm in corporate/M&A.
Education and Qualifications
Max studied law at the University of Freiburg. He completed his legal traineeship at the Frankfurt Court of Appeal.
He speaks German and English.
