Overview
Niketa is a Counsel in Linklaters’ Corporate Trust and Agency practice, which supports and works closely with the firm’s global Finance & Projects practice.
Niketa regularly advises:
- corporate trustees, paying agents, account banks, calculation agents, custodians and cash managers on a range of capital markets transactions including, debt issuances, structured finance products, securitisations and repacks;
- security agents and facility agents in relation to loan facilities including project financings and leveraged financing facilities;
- on exercise of trustee powers, duties and discretions, transaction amendments, restructurings, potential and actual defaults and litigation; and
- on liability management transactions (including tender offers, exchange offers and consent solicitations).
