Oliver is a well reputed capital markets lawyer with extensive experience in advising multinational and Chinese corporates and financial institutions on significant corporate finance transactions, including Hong Kong and U.S.-registered initial public offerings and debt offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S, with a focus on issuers in "New Economy" sectors including healthcare, tech, consumer industries. Oliver is recognised as a Notable Practitioner in Hong Kong equity capital markets by IFLR 2023.
