Overview
Coralie joined Linklaters in 2024 and is a member of the Corporate and Finance Practice in Belgium. She advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions, with an emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience advising clients across a range of industries on corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Coralie has a particular interest in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Coralie’s work highlights include :
- Waterland : advising United Petfood, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity in view of their acquisition, financing and refinancing of their existing finance agreement.
- Société Générale : advising on the sale of Skipr to Pluxee, a company listed on Euronext Paris.
- Ageas : advising on the EUR 550m equity raise through the issuance of new shares to support its acquisition of Esure, marking the second largest ECM transaction in Europe of the month.
- Gilde Equity Management : advising on the acquisition financing for ConTeyor, a portfolio company of Gilde Equity Management.
- Elia Transmission Belgium : advising on the update and increase of their short-term debt instrument.
- BSTOR : advising on the corporate and finance aspects of two greenfield battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
Education and qualifications
Coralie holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law, with an exchange program with Columbia Law School. Coralie obtained her Bachelor of Law degree at University Saint-Louis, Brussels and her Master of Law degree from Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL).
