Tax Managing Associate, Luxembourg
Danièle joined Linklaters Luxembourg’s tax practice in 2009.
She advises both domestic and multinational clients on the tax efficient structuring of private equity transactions and corporate restructurings as well as on the set-up of and operation of joint ventures or collective investment vehicles.
Over the past years, she has also gained significant experience in advising clients on the tax structuring of their local real estate transactions, both by way of share deals and asset deals. Danièle specialises in corporate income tax, but also has a considerable expertise in indirect tax matters, incl. VAT.
Danièle holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Paris I, Panthéon – Sorbonne (France) as well as Master I and II from McGill Faculty of Law (Canada) and University of Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne (France). She also holds a LL.M. in International Financial Law from King’s College London, School of Law (UK).
