Imogen is Counsel within the firm’s Real Estate practice with experience in acting for a variety of real estate sector clients in relation to financings, lettings, acquisitions, disposals and development of commercial property.

Work highlights

Transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed include:

  • Lendlease: advising on:
    • £1.9bn Birmingham Smithfield City Centre development covering 17 hectares.
    • £2bn+ on-going redevelopment of Elephant and Castle London SE1 comprising over 300,000 square metres of new build, mixed use development.
  • Digital Bridge: advising on various digital infrastructure transactions, including the acquisition of data centre and towers portfolios.
  • A major pan-European core fund: advising on their acquisition of landmark London office building, Atlantic House, the current HQ of law firm Hogan Lovells.
  • A major energy company: advising on the £770m+ sale and leaseback of over 200 retail sites across the UK including the sale of a 49% JV investment in the landlord entity.
  • Arqiva: advising on the sale of its telecoms division comprising c7,400 sites and the right to market c.900 sites across the UK, for an enterprise value of £2bn.
  • National Grid: advising on the sale of a 61% equity interest in its UK gas distribution business comprising over 20,000 properties.
