  • defending a multinational financial services company in a civil antitrust class action related to benchmark rates
  • representing a Chilean company in an ICC Emergency Arbitration and two subsequent arbitrations brought by international engineering companies in relation to an EPC Contract for a power plant in Chile
  • representing a Spanish corporation in an LCIA arbitration in connection with a long-term LNG shipping contract dispute
  • defending a European airline against civil antitrust claims
  • defending a global mining company in a Delaware appraisal action following a major U.S. acquisition
  • advising a European industrials corporation in connection with multiple internal investigations in Latin America
  • representing ten low-income restaurant workers in a FLSA trial in which the clients prevailed on nearly all claims

Michael holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma.
